Quantum Partners advises Goodly Innovations GmbH and its shareholders on the sale of the company to a strategic buyer.
Munich-based Goodly Innovations GmbH digitizes process control in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry with its augmented reality software “OptiworX”. The strategic buyer will integrate OptiworX into the existing MES and thus optimize its process management in several areas.
