Founded in 1999, Cognos Partners is an international network of independent M&A advisory firms. Each Cognos member has many years of experience in executing domestic and cross-border M&A transactions as well as detailed knowledge of the respective local market and its peculiarities.
More than half of our M&A projects are carried out with a buyer or investor from abroad. By working with our local partners, we are able to incorporate regional know-how and country-specific characteristics into our projects. The respective contacts of our partner companies expand our network and make access to international buyers and investors easier.
