New Industry Advisor: Prof. Dr. Simon Werther

We are very pleased to welcome Prof. Dr. Simon Werther as Industry Advisor HR-Tech. According to Personalmagazin, he is one of the 40 leading HR minds in the German-speaking world. In the future, our clients, especially HR startups, will be able to benefit from his comprehensive HR expertise.

Prof. Dr. Werther is Professor of Leadership at Munich University of Applied Sciences. Prior to that, he was Professor of Innovation Management at HdM Stuttgart. Several years ago, Prof. Dr. Werther founded the successful HR startup HRinstruments, which offers agile feedback tools for SMEs to large corporations and led it as CEO for several years.

He is chairman of the HR Innovation Award jury and initiator of the HR Innovation Roadshow, which has been touring Germany since 2016.
