We want to develop Quantum Partners into a leading M&A consultancy in our segment and build up more clout in the execution of transactions. In order to shape this growth and also ensure long-term succession, we are looking for another
M&A Associate (m/w/d)
Your tasks
- Independent responsibility for M&A project modules (e.g. company valuation, information memorandum, financial model/business planning, longlist & approach, due diligence coordination)
- Preparation of research on companies, industries and markets as well as cooperation in project acquisition and marketing
- Independent initiatives to further develop our tools, skills and networks
Your experience and skills
- At least two years of demonstrable experience in the handling of M&A projects, e.g. in an M&A boutique, investment bank or the M&A department of an industrial company
- German language skills at native speaker level and very good English skills
- Above-average degree (ideally a Master’s degree) with a business or technical focus
- Interest in business and technologically demanding topics and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new issues, business models and technologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with relevant M&A databases and AI tools
- Independent, reliable and committed way of working as well as a friendly and open manner
