Prof. Dr. Simon Werther, graduate psychologist, is Professor of Leadership at the Munich University of Applied Sciences. Before that, he was professor of innovation management at the HdM Stuttgart. Several years ago, Prof. Dr. Werther founded the successful HR startup HRinstruments, which offers agile feedback tools for mid-sized to large corporations, and managed it for several years as managing director.
He is chairman of the jury of the HR Innovation Award and initiator of the HR Innovation Roadshow, which has been touring Germany since 2016. In 2017, he was recognized by Personalmagazin as one of the 40 leading HR minds in the German-speaking world.
Prof. Dr. Werther regularly publishes in renowned publishing houses such as Springer Verlag and publishes articles in trade journals such as Personalwirtschaft, Personalmagazin and the Journal for Organizational Development. He has published nine books and over 50 journal articles on Agility, New Work, Leadership and related topics.
Prof. Dr. Simon Werther completed his doctorate in business psychology on shared leadership and studied psychology and sinology at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität. He accompanies Quantum Partners especially in HR startup projects.
