Vendor Due Diligence (VDD)

Vendor due diligence is a due diligence commissioned by the seller before the start of the process, the results of which are made available to potential buyers. It creates transparency and enables a structured process. Interested bidders draw on the same information base and can therefore submit readily comparable offers. It also identifies potential weaknesses at an early stage, which can ideally be addressed before or during the transaction.
