Quantum Partners advises the shareholders of the Labelium Group on the acquisition of the majority of Klickkonzept GmbH

The time of large double-digit growth rates in digital advertising is over. Customers are placing increasing demands on marketing agencies. New technologies require constant adaptation on the part of both agencies and clients. Marketing activities, especially in online marketing, are deployed across national borders.

The Labelium Group adjusted to the demands of the market early on and has grown to become a global player in online marketing with an international network of customers, experts and technology teams. Labelium has more than 300 customer accounts in 30 countries and managed a performance media budget of more than 350 million euros in 2018. The Group, however, has no subsidiary of its own in Germany and serves the growing demand from German customers through other branches. In order to be perceived as a leading international player and to properly address local customers, Labelium needs to build a presence in Germany.

The aim of the project was to find a German agency that already had a strong customer base in Germany and that could also serve its customers internationally through its cooperation with Labelium. The perfect partner was found in Klickkonzept. Thanks to the partnership with Labelium, Klickkonzept is also expanding its service and technology portfolio and can respond more efficiently and individually to the needs of its customers.
