Quantum Partners advises Kempf Group and its shareholders on the acquisition of KeyBAKE Bakeware & Coatings B.V.

Kempf Group takes over the majority of the KeyBAKE Bakeware & Coatings B.V. shares from the two managing founders, Linda Troisfontaine and Joop Kornelis. The transaction allows both companies to strengthen their position in the international bakeware and coating market and to extend their product range. As basis for future growth significant investments are planned for the Dutch manufacturing site for next year.
